A client was facing a significant DIV 7A (Inter-Entity Loan) problem with a substantial tax payable. We detected the problem early and implemented strategies to mitigate the problem. This strategy not only fixed the Tax problem but also helped with the cash flow of the group as well.

We detected a client who had lodged previous year tax returns incorrectly with last Accountant. We have amended the Tax Returns, even outside the standard amendment period and got the client significant refunds and interest.
